Warfare by Honor

Warfare by Honor

The natural man does not understand the things of the Spirit. Therefore, to come in the opposite spirit in war seems foolish, but God's ways are not man's ways. When we are in a battle we MUST remember to be led and not to walk in front of our shield, but to follow the Lord Jesus Christ.

David understood warfare through honor. He had won many battles in secret and now he could teach His mighty men how to win in the open.

He understood worship and obedience without fear. David honored God first, and from that place learned how to honor others.

"So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed. - John 8:36

I realized I am FREE. Free to dance, free to sing, free to love and free to be loved by myself and by others, especially free to experience all of God’s Glory and all of the Father’s love towards me. It was a powerful experience hearing my Father whisper in my ear, that He loved me!

Expectations

Expectations

Expectations that lead us to believe the Word of God is a Truth are pure and good. We call it having faith in the living, active Written Word.

All Truth has a counterfeit, practiced by the prince of the air. Love/hate, Peace/confusion, Pure/evil, Light/darkness, Faith/filthy works, etc.

Satan twists truth and deceives us into placing expectations on natural man, the law or world around us.

Test It - How to KNOW the Voice of the Lord

Test It - How to KNOW the Voice of the Lord

Today, when there are so many voices calling out to each of us, the Child of God must KNOW the difference of the voice of the True Shepherd verses the false prophet and unhealed, soulish men and women desiring to build their own kingdoms. This is a simple teaching, but one overlooked by many who are hungry for the things of God.

1 Thessalonians 5:21 - "Test everything. Hold on to the good."

1 John 4:1-3
"Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God."
